Bony “açaí” has an efficient “açaí” network of supplies, the harvest of the fruit happens along with the small local producers from “Igarapé-Miri” region in the state of “Pará”, providing support, through workshops and courses of good agricultural practices and observing the areas in order to keep every collaborator and the forest’s safety.

Bony “açaí” has its own farms where constant researches are made to the improvement on the harvest and on the “açaí” trees to be that are given to the local people, believing on the environment preservation, it is directly connected to extraction projects and sustainable plantation, planting over 1 million “açaí’s” palm trees to be to the improvement of productivity and contributing to the reforestation of depredated areas.

Local people count on total training support and supplies of appropriate agricultural tools, adequate safety and storage equipments, organic compost supplies for the cultivation and proper orientation on not to use pesticides or any other poison the like.

The organic compost used is made from the “açaí’s” seeds which are collected from the factory development; therefore it goes back to its natural environment helping enriching the soil. The leftovers of the “açaí” seeds are donated to the carchoal manufacturing with the intention of avoiding deforestation of new areas.
